OK, box is packed up and ready to take to post office.

Shafiek has paid and is desperate to get his goodies, so please sort out the rest of the payments guys so I can get it posted.

Thanks Wink

Awesome.

The package has been sent £61 later (That about R780 ouch!)...

I removed the price labels and included some shipping documents that hopefully show that my stuff was all shipped to the UK in August 2010 and also included the fiollowing letter (all inside the box):

11/7/2012

Att: Customs / SARS
I purchased all of these Radio control items in South Africa before I moved to the UK in August 2010 and shipped them to UK with all my belongings, please see attached arrival confirmation (into the UK) of all our belongings.
I can’t use them here in the UK so I have donated them to some friends who live in South Africa.
As import duties would have been paid by the original importers in SA (the RC shops I purchased them from, like Speed Models in Durbanville), please do not charge again.
Your Sincerely

Gregory Hobbs
ID number: XXXXXXXXXXXX

Hope that works. Fingers crossed...

Will add the tracking number later. Wink

Here's what wordup sent me a while back to track it, but haven't had the chance to follow up, maybe one of you can??

""The Royal Mail tracking number is CP690104277GB but it is not available on the Royal Mail website.

You can probably get the SA local tracking number by calling the SA post office and track it that way.""

When my wife went to the Post Office and we also phoned, we gave them the tracking number and they said there's no trace yet???, once in SA it gets given another local reference, there's no trace of that has happened, so it must be still in the system somewhere. This was two days ago, so maybe its different now?
